A native of Moscow, Chef Edouard Panchenko started his culinary career early in life. At the age of 16, he began his studies at a culinary school in Moscow, СПТУ Кулинаров, and later furthered his education at the Russian State University of Trade and Economics. Chef Panchenko has served as chef of several successful dining and banquet locations in Moscow as well as Europe, including Florence, Italy, and Barcelona, Spain, mastering the intricacies of preparing various cousines.

Blending his Russian roots with his international training, Chef Panchenko creates authentic traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. Guests at the Beluga Banquet Hall can look forward to experiencing an array of mouthwatering foods where the flavors speak for themselves.
