A native of St Petersburg, Russia, Chef Aleksey Ayvazov started his culinary career early in life. At the age of 17, he began his studies at a culinary school in St Petersburg. Chef Ayvazov has served as chef of several successful dining and banquet locations in St Petersburg and Moscow as well as Europe, including Rome, Italy, and Madrid, Spain and London, England mastering the intricacies of preparing various cuisines.

Blending his Russian roots with his international training, Chef Ayvazov creates authentic traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. Guests at the Beluga Banquet Hall can look forward to experiencing an array of mouthwatering foods where the flavors speak for themselves.
